Published flowGen apps can be managed from three places: Account Settings → “Published Apps”, the Media Gen header “My Apps” dialog, and the group’s own publish dialog. Each lets you copy the link, open the app, and unpublish it.
Where: Account Settings → “Published Apps”, or Media Gen header → “My Apps” — Open one of the app-management surfaces
Key ideas
- Published Apps (Account): The Account Settings “Published Apps” tab lists all your apps with their access badge, run count, and URL — copy the link, open, or unpublish.
- My Apps (header): The Media Gen header “My Apps” dialog shows each app with logo, access, run count, and updated time; you can also “Edit” an app when the flow containing its group is open.
- Publish dialog: Re-opening a group’s publish dialog shows Republish and Unpublish for an already-published app, so you can update its config or take it down.
Steps
- Open Account Settings → “Published Apps” (or the header “My Apps”).
- Find the app in the list.
- Copy its link or open it to test.
- To change its config, edit it from “My Apps” or re-open the group’s publish dialog and Republish.
- To take it down, click Unpublish.
